01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the rf777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward awarded to your Account under rf777's active promotions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from your personal payment method to your Account.
• "Game" means any betting product available on the rf777 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all rf777 accounts.
• "Platform" means the rf777 website at https://rf777.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interface.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before bonus-funded winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money funds from your Account balance to your nominated payment method.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on rf777, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. rf777 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21. Age is verified at registration and at first withdrawal request.
3. You must be the legal holder of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of rf777 or any of its affiliated companies.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the rf777 platform, whether by your own request or by rf777 action.
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the rf777 platform. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple Accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any of it changes. rf777 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. rf777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify rf777 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). rf777 will temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

rf777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National ID Card);
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and
• A live selfie photograph in which you hold your KTP next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the ID document.

rf777 may, at its discretion, request additional supporting documents if the initial submission is insufficient to confirm identity to the required standard. Processing typically takes 1–24 hours. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being withheld until verification is successfully completed.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

rf777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. rf777 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. The majority of withdrawals to local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are processed within five minutes of approval.

5.3 Matching Payment Methods

For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. rf777 reserves the right to require additional documentation if a withdrawal is requested to a payment method not previously used for deposits.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the rf777 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any amounts displayed in a foreign currency for informational purposes are indicative only and are subject to the exchange rate applied at the time of transaction processing.

5.5 Rejected Transactions

rf777 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, rf777 will notify the Account holder and provide an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation within 5 business days.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rf777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, expiry period, and maximum cash-out limit. These specific terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on togel draws, certain live casino side-bets, or games designated as restricted in a specific promotion do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus more than once — including through the use of multiple Accounts, VPNs, or proxy servers — constitutes fraud and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited to your Account. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your Account without notice.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

rf777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be disadvantaged if a promotion's terms change after they have already fulfilled the qualifying criteria in good faith.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at rf777's sole discretion. rf777 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, if there are reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or based on information not publicly available at the time of placement.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on the rf777 platform. These limits are displayed on each market or game before you place your wager. rf777 may, at its discretion, apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts.

7.3 Mix Parlay Rules

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as wins for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are void or postponed, the affected leg is removed from the accumulator and the overall odds are recalculated accordingly. A mix parlay reduced to a single selection by voids is settled as a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.

7.4 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error, network failure, or software fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, rf777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. rf777 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, anticipated profits, or other damages arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

7.5 Togel Draw Rules

Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are sourced directly from the official output of the relevant draw pool — Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), or Macau. rf777 publishes results as soon as they are officially released by the relevant pool authority. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be raised within 24 hours of the result being published on the rf777 platform.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rf777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times;
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker room, or sports betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Account activity;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited to or withdrawn from your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documents during the KYC process;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rf777 support staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or backend systems of the rf777 platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

rf777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Every registered Account has access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a configured period of continuous play, reminding you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your Account cannot be accessed for betting purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block yourself from re-registering for a minimum period of 6 months. This option is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rf777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of rf777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the rf777 platform without our express written permission. The rf777 name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of rf777 and may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rf777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the rf777 platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any game or market.

rf777's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations of this section apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based — whether contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — and even if rf777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting rf777 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by rf777

rf777 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• rf777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your Account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• rf777 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction; or
• rf777 decides, at its sole discretion, to discontinue offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the rf777 platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.

13 Amendments

rf777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the rf777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the rf777 platform's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits rf777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

rf777 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.
